Consumers in the European Union generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For physical products, such as merchandise or accessories, the withdrawal period begins on the day you, or a person chosen by you, receive the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us clearly by email at mail@dadimeister.com or by using the withdrawal function on this website. Please include your name, order number, email address, and the product you wish to withdraw from.

If you withdraw from a purchase of physical goods, you must return the goods within 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. The goods should be returned in reasonable condition. Unless stated otherwise, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We will refund the purchase price, including the standard delivery cost where applicable, using the same payment method you used for the original transaction. We may wait with the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that you have sent them back.

For digital content, such as music downloads or other downloadable files, the right of withdrawal may expire earlier. If you expressly agree that the download or digital delivery starts before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that this means you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is supplied, the purchase can no longer be withdrawn after delivery has started.

For services, such as sound engineering, soundtrack work, or other booked creative services, the withdrawal period generally begins when the service contract is concluded. If you ask us to begin work before the 14-day period has ended, you may be charged a reasonable amount for the work already performed. If the service has been fully completed with your prior consent and your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is lost after full performance, you can no longer withdraw.
